1. accelerator NOBS[2-(4- morpholine mercapto) benzothiazole]
Morpholine and accelerator mercaptobenzothiazole (M) are oxidized by sodium hypochlorite to form accelerator NOBS[2-(4- morpholinmercapto) benzothiazole].
2. Vulcanizing agent for rubber products
N-oxydiethylene sulfide carbamoyl -N- oxydiethylene sulfenamide can be prepared from morpholine, sodium hypochlorite, carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide. It is a new vulcanization accelerator with good performance, which has high-temperature and rapid vulcanization performance, and is mainly used for vulcanization of styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber and cis-butadiene rubber.
Cleaning agent for ceramic tile surface: A cleaning agent composed of morpholine 0.05-2.0 parts, monohydric alcohol 1-10 parts, surfactant 0.08-2.5 parts and water, which can be used for cleaning various smooth surfaces such as ceramic tiles and thin metal plates, and can rinse or wipe off various deposits.
Liquid detergent: A mixture of morpholine 1.0 parts, sodium oleate 0.1 parts, ethoxylauryl alcohol 1.0 parts, ethanol 5.0 parts and water can remove oil stains and sebum on the surface of hard substances, and protect the surface gloss of objects.
Canned preservative filler: Adding 15% ~ 85% morpholine into canned preservative can prevent harmful substances from corroding tinplate, so that canned food can be kept at 48℃ for 2 months without corrosion.
Electroless plating solution: a high boiling point surfactant is prepared from 25% morpholine or aryldiamine, 0.3% ~ 2.0% CuSO4, 20% ~ 30% H2SO4 and 0.05% ~ 0.5% sodium chloride. It is a solution with strong covering ability. The solution has good adhesion and can make the surface of metal products smooth and prevent corrosion.
Pipeline anticorrosion: the mixed solution is prepared with 0.005 ~ 1.5 parts of morpholine, 100 parts of lithium bromide or zinc chloride and 0.005 ~ 1.5 parts of arsenite, which can prevent the corrosion and rust of hot water and hot steam pipelines. Immersing a piece of carbon steel in water at 200℃ with the above mixture can reduce the corrosion degree of carbon steel from 40mgödm2 per day to 1 mg dm2. Morpholine can be used as corrosion inhibitor for steam boiler.
Polysulfide of dimorpholine is added into lubricating oil as anti-corrosion agent, and morpholine compounds such as N-tert-butylthiomorpholine and morpholine sulfonate can also be added into petroleum hydrocarbon for anti-corrosion. Coating the wrapping paper with paraffin and morpholine compound can prevent moisture and corrosion.
The antioxidant containing 0.15% ~ 0.5% (m) sulfur and 0.15% ~ 0.5% (m) morpholine or other azacyclohexane and ethylenediamine can increase the stability of lubricating oil under thermal oxidation. A small amount of morpholine and vitamin C can be used as synergistic antioxidant for oil products. Morpholine salt of gallic acid can be used as antioxidant of glyceride and stabilizer of vitamin A and carotene.
6. Anticorrosive agent
Morpholine sulfinyl chloride was prepared by chlorination of dithiomorpholine, and then condensed with phthalimide to form scorch inhibitor. It is not only an effective anti-scorching agent, but also has vulcanization function. It can be used as vulcanization accelerator for nitrile, chloroprene, cis-butadiene and natural rubber, and is a new product developed abroad in recent years. Morpholine can also inhibit coking during pyrolysis of heptane. Using morpholine instead of sodium phosphate in boiler feed water treatment can prevent scaling.
Benzene was prepared by steam cracking with morpholine containing 1 ~ 10 ppm as initiator and hydrocarbon as raw material, and its yield was higher than that by thermal cracking with 0.1% ~ 1.0% (m) 2-methylbutene as initiator.
5ml morpholine, 0.5g digoxin and 5ml pyridine were mixed, then 35ml hydrolyzed silicate was added, and then water was added to 500ml, in which the hydrolysis agent containing low viscosity PVA5g was added, and the organic raw materials could be extracted from the waste.
